Today at lunch Madeline said, "Mommy, in Rainbows, Kennon asked me what my nickname was. I told him "Boo" and he said that it was a Star Wars name and then, Mommy, he backtalked me! He said my nickname is NOT "Boo" but I told him it really was "Boo" He said it couldn't be "Boo" but, Mommy, don't laugh! He real did backtalk me in Rainbows. It's not funny - for real he backtalked me! Mommeeeeee" Of course I'm dying laughing at the word "backtalk" and she was very serious about her nickname.
